MCO problem...

 As you can see on my pics the MCO is too apparent... How to solve that ?

Help me... I'm becoming crazy. Or how to delete the MCO texture from my map ? Is it possible ?

The same as with any looping textyres - it takes a lot of care to avoid the looping texture to appear like this. You might try to apply a low-frequency or high-frequency filter at it and experiment with results.

Or, if you want the texture to be not there, just use a small texture with a single color 0.5,0.5,0.5 everywhere.

You will get it to some degree no matter what you do (at least nothing I have found makes much difference). What I have done that does work is to make sure you differentiate the terrain texture type. For my island, I selected different colors or the terrain (sat mask) and then altered those as different texture types.
