can you help please ? I checked the viallage, blew up some Shilkas (objective still open) but never find the president. And i don't get any messages ?

I forget the exact location. The "President" is just standing somewhere in the village. Check carefully, especial the enclosures.

The president should be in Lasgo village at NE part of Porto.
