Deadeye 1 Posted October 21, 2007 Any change for pictures? I took some screens for the ArmedAssault.info news. The pilots look really good, but IMO the Redwolf needs some iimprovements. (I also don't know which pilot is the redwolf and which one the airwolf, might have switched em in the news. It would be kind if someone could tell me which overall belongs to the pilots ) Good job xpetit!
wika_woo 182 Posted October 21, 2007 The chopper looks great on the outside... But imo, the sounds need working on and also the interior seems unfinished.. keep up the good work
xpetit 1 Posted October 21, 2007 WARNING : You need to have also the Airwolf addOn if you want to have all the textures.....That's why in the screen of the armedassault.info, the cockpit and the main rotor are in white!! The Airwolf pilot is the pilot with light blue suite and black helemet. And the one with green suite and red helmet is for Redwolf. Have good time. Xavier. Deadeye 1 Posted October 21, 2007 That's why in the screen of the armedassault.info, the cockpit and the main rotor are in white!! I was already wondering why the first Airwolf release was superb and the next one had missing textures :P Fixed now !
wika_woo 182 Posted October 22, 2007 Airwolf addon?... I thought that was still in the making.. How about a link please?..
plasman 0 Posted October 22, 2007 Amazing. But the pilot's flight suit definitely needs some little reskin to look like the TV-series' one.
Guest Posted October 22, 2007 Airwolf addon?... I thought that was still in the making..How about a link please?.. How can you miss the release (even beta) of our great old Airwolf? Link: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=2097
ArMoGaDoN 0 Posted October 23, 2007 FYI the download page at XPETIT's own website has a link to an updated airwolf pbo with the higher res textures that I worked on, at a guess I'd imagine that these would also be automatically re-used to some extent in the Redwolf addon too.. The sunburst flare error has been addressed in that too. The flight-envelope code is in the config.cpp but for some reason has been remmed out again. Guess more tweaking required? xpetit 1 Posted October 25, 2007 Hi, I inform you that I have updated Redwolf to fix the matter about the gunner. Now, you have only two place in the chopper : The pilot and the gunner. I have also modify the side of Airwolf and the pilot. There are now free (guerrila). Like that, you can fight against the two main side. Have good time. Xavier. Mattoso 0 Posted May 20, 2008 Man!!! I'm so happy that you forward this amazing addon to ARMA!!! I loved your airwolf so much in OPF, and now I can use it in ARMA. I bought ARMA a few weeks ago, and just find your Air Wolf. I've just download and will try it later at night when I arrive to my home. Thank you very very much for doing this fantastic helicopter!
