How to keep armor from engaging helicopters?

Simple question. I searched for two days but couldn't find the awnser, so now I'm coming here.

For gameplay purposes I'm trying to keep RACS M113s from engaging an AI helicopter I have flying around the map.

Is there any way to keep them from firing at the chopper, while still allowing them to shoot ground units?

You can do this:

heli setcaptive true;

But then, no enemy ai would fire on the helicopter. So it depends if that is what you want or not...
