well I just bought the game but when ever I play it the screen is to bright. it keeps fading from normal colors to bright colors. is this a video card problem? I thought I would ask you guys before I go buying a $200 video card.

It can be a driver issue/problem.

Or maybe it's just the sun *Bloom/HDR Effects* in arma that keeps blinding you.
