HoboWithAK 0 Posted July 24, 2007 So, who would support my idea for a mission? Anyone remember the little included mission with the BAS KLR bikes in OFP? The little race through the mountains and stuff? Well, I want to take that idea and run with it- across the entire North and South. I want to make a Baja-esque land race with several classes, such as the off-road pickups, military vehicles, etc. My plan of attack is this. Everyone will start at a place on the map, probably a small town. The next checkpoint will be somewhere on the map, requiring use of both road and off-road driving skills to arrive. Of course, being ArmA, there will be limitless possibilities as to how you make your way from point A to point B. I want to keep the checkpoints fairly drawn out, so there is more of an incentive for a team in a vehicle to map out their own route and navigate it. Who would like to see this happen? I ask because my scripting skills are quite unrefined, and I would need support from the community to add a timing/scoring system, and other various features. Any takers?
