Mipmap errors with .paa file

I'm using Kegetys' .paa plugin for Photoshop to make some textures for ArmA. When I use the texture ingame I get a "Cannot load mipmap" error. The game continues and I see the texture, but it's alternately blurry & sharp.

In Photoshop, I save the texture file as a .paa file, and I generate the mipmaps. I can verify this by reloading the file, and there they are. And yet I still get a "cannot load mipmap" error message when I use this texture ingame.

Does anyone know why this might be?

I get also very random results with the plugin. Some times all goes well. For some reason I cannot today make alpha channels to images. If I try the texture will not load.

Some times it just works. All this with same settings?
