Im a horrible commander. An help out there?

Is there some kind of guide out there that explains what the radio commands are suppose to do becasue I can seem to get my AI toon to do much of anything besides die. Especially in vehicles. For instance, how do you get a vehicle AI to follow you in a vehicle. If I cmd " Return to formation", everyon just gets out and then follows me. ANyway, thats just one example. THere are lots of things I havent quite figured out and it would be nice if there was some kind of guide.

When you give the RTF command, give it to the driver of the vehicle, not the entire crew.

Dslyecxi's guide does look good, even if it trumpets the ACE thing too much. I've ordered the printed version because I get so badly pwned in the Berzerk games.
