neutrix 0 Posted June 12, 2007 Try adding " -maxmem=768" without the quotes to your game shortcut. If that doesn't work then try setting maxmem to 512 and also 1024 until it works. That is the only way that I could find to fix this error. Either that or lower the quality of the graphics in the options menu. Hope this helps.
Nebbietta-Milanese 0 Posted June 13, 2007 Ok ; but where exactly do i need to put that ??
Kirby 2 Posted June 13, 2007 One you desktop right click the ArmA shortcut. Select properties then in the target box add that. AFTER the last quote mark. So the target might look like: "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interavtive\ArmA.EXE" -Maxmem=

kadiir 0 Posted June 15, 2007 I'm getting that error now, too (on v1.08 US), although mine is 2048x1024 (size 2818048 B). I've been running maxmem=512 since I got the error the first time on 1.06. I CTD'd so I changed it to 768. CTD, changed to 1024. CTD, changed back to 512. I didn't CTD but that could have been because I went to bed shortly thereafter.
