Ryokukitsune 0 Posted June 11, 2007 does anyone know how to skip cinematic sequences? I'm having some problems with my mouse and I've been testing it on the SP missions (fancy way of saying i'm forced to replay a mission because I'm loseing, but hey) every tweak i make (after i die) i'm forced to watch the same sequence over and over again and its getting a little old. Wolfrug 0 Posted June 11, 2007 If it's the real intro, you can always skip that by pressing esc and then selecting "skip". In-game cinematics however can't be skipped. >_> Back when I was a mission reviewer for OFPEC (loong loong ago) I always whined about people forcing us to watch in-game cinematics, particularly if they don't give us a save spot right after them. In ArmA I had to do this when I kept failing that sniper side-mission right in the beginning of the campaign. Here's what you -can- do, once you get frustrated enough. -> Save the game via the menue, then go to ArmA Other Profiles/Your Profile/Saved/Campaigns (or Missions)/find the mission you're playing. Whenever you want to reuse that one savegame, just rename the current save.ArmaSave file to something else, and zhazam. You've got a new save. Better than naught, eh... /Wolfrug

frederf 0 Posted June 11, 2007 http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA:_Cheats There is a savegame cheat that may be able to allow you to save whenever you want, so you don't have to watch the scene many times.
