Macker 0 Posted June 7, 2007 After buying ArmA not so long ago, It soon became apparent that it wouldn't work on my pc, so i bought a new one, which in turn led me to losing my activation code etc etc, now i'm not asking you lot to give me yours...that'd be silly... but when i try to click "lost licensing details" when i run ArmA and put in my email - it says they can't find me on their system! Help? I really can't afford to buy it again after buying a new computer to play it!

You need to get into contact with the publisher.
max power 21 Posted June 7, 2007 they = softwrap Softwrap is the company that designed the software security. I think that Idea Games must be your publisher. You can contact them via their website.
W0lle 1052 Posted June 7, 2007 You have saved the confirmation email which softwrap sent you after the purchase? Have you maybe used another email for purchasing? That might explain why they can't find you in their system. I'm not familiar with that softwrap distribution, but shouldn't you have 3 activations for the software? After all, softwrap are the only ones which can help you. I think BIS can't do anything here and all we can do here is giving you hints or suggestions.
