Don't think its fair to ban someone for something they did BEFORE that was posted. Granted it may had been bad taste.

Like being arrested for breaking a law that was passed in 98 because of something you did in 95.

Now that the Mods have made it clear....if anyone does it now I say bang em!

I saw him in the active users list about an hour ago. He's not banned because if he was, he wouldn't be browsing these forums. When you're banned and try to log in you just get "You're not permitted to use this board". I should know

I think that opening picture of the turd was slightly off the edge, but it was more likely that he posted another picture he had been threatening to post later in the same thread.

Yes Wobble is banned for showing the turd picture which was deleted, the rules stand for everyone whether or not they are "close to the mods", id expect to be banned for such a thing if i did it.

And as already said, there was a thread written a while back about instant banning, and it still applies.
