i created a weapon model in 3dsMax but then how do i make it into the game anyone knows?

As I've seen many people new to the realm of OFP/ArmA make this mistake, some terminology:

Addon = A new (set of) soldier, vehicle, weapon etc;

Addonpack = A pack containing several different addons;

Mod = Alot of addons and/or configtweaks that change many aspects of the game, and often includes a campaign or set of missions;

Mapmaker = Creates islands (also referred to as an "islandmaker");

Missionmaker = Creates missions that take place on an "island".

Could you post a render of your weaponmodel and some other info (polygoncount, texturedimensions used etc) please? (just out of curiosity)

i would but it wouldn't be so pleasent cause haven't added any barrel yet. I'm doing an AS50 sniper rifle.So you got the basic idea.
