Server Crash ver. 1.05 Beta

I did a search for this error and I dont see it posted so I dont know if its our server but, We are running a windows server and since we put the 1.05 Beta patch in the server keeps crashing. Error is...

Is this due to the maxmem command?

If we remove the patch it stops crashing.

I wouldnt recommend using the maxmem switch on a server.
