firstly disable shadows, or put em on low if u like to have them; big FPS killer. MAybe lower terrain detail.

IF u like drop everything wich is high to normal.

whats ur resolution in-game???

Stick terrain on LOW

Aniso filter application controlled as well in nvidia control panel

Try object detail low

Vis distance 1200

Texture normal

shading normal

Shadows OFF or very high (vhigh hands them to GPU)

Blood low

And download the beta WAY better performance I have found IN MP, check guru 3d for latest drivers for nvidia cards.

IF those settings give you great FPS and are stable you can turn things up you find what stuff STALLS your PC.

For some its AA for many it terrain or PP etc etc.
