kiwi1234 0 Posted April 1, 2007 Hi all I am looking for a voice actor, english language please, to record a couple of short radio calls for me and email me the wav files. alternatively i could use a good voice synthesis prog if there is one that people use? Â i have heard there are some web based ones? thanks all, this will really help me to add realis to what i hope should be a pretty good mission im building for publishing. many thanks Kiwi. I can make them sound radio-like using goldwav, unless you have a good way to do it? satexas69 0 Posted April 2, 2007 AV Voice Changer 4.0 diamond works for me using regular wave recorder. I do the voice change and make a .wav... Then I load up goldwave and convert the .wav and mono and all the other ArmA requirements, edit it as necessary.. and then use goldwave to make the .ogg and the wav2lip program to output the speaking part...
