Lennek Shadow 0 Posted January 9, 2007 Ok I installed the AA demo and got the D3Dx9_30.dll error well I fixed that part got into the game and went to connect to a server and it would say connecting.... then connecting failed and that is it. I can see servers but any time I try to connect to one it just says connecting failed. I am behind a router but I have the demo on another computer and it runs just fine. I also had a firewall on so I approved ArmA demo and that didnt work so i disabled it and tried agan and that didnt work. So I came here to search for a solution but I didnt see anyone with the same problem. I have tried reinstaling it and deleting the 2 my documents folders and the registry of ArmA and no luck. so I am making a post about it now as a last resort. system specks are as follows. AMD Athlon 64 bit 3200 Asus motherboard A8N-E ATI X1600XT 256 512 ddr.
max power 21 Posted January 10, 2007 Try port forwarding. Read the manual to your router. If you don't have the manual, you can probably get it from the manufacturer's website.
