ManDay 0 Posted December 28, 2006 Is there any reference on the available s.c. Ressources and Dialogs and on its systax which is used in the description.ext? I am talking about the way you define dialogs in the description.ext. I guess all possible s.c. 'Controls' and Buttons which are available, are somewhere defined in come .cpp or .bin file but I am also looking for the syntax which is used and furthermore i dont want to extract and search the bin and cpp my own. If you want to learn how to make content for ArmA, extract their missions and addons and try to learn from it, as everyone else did or still does. not true. first off: BIS sold me a piece of crap for 60€. the only thing improved was the grafic-engine and gave us some more bugs - which might have been done by the community and some programmers for free to. ArmA is nothing but a modded OFP (and its done very bad) - and I paid money for that. secondly: they sold me an sdk, too. it's even written on the package that you 'can make great missions by your own'' so I expsect them to support the sdk properly third: you work for BIS? forth: I ll relax when they give me back my money. raedor 8 Posted December 31, 2006 0. Stop bumping. 1. ArmA is way more than a modded OFP. 2. Okay, but then the SDK is the editor and the scripting language, but they never promised support. If you want Gold Support, buy VBS2 :P 4. Go to your shop and bring the game back, if you don't like it. 5. No, there's no tutorial yet, learn that stuff by checking how others did it.
