Window named ArmA popping up with the following every time when I start.

No entry c:\dokumente und einstellungen\alex\Eigene Dateien\ArmA\ArmA.cfg.3D_Performance

ArmA was installed from DVD, then patch 1.01. No start with 1.0 cause of too old graphic card.

If needed System-Specs:

P4 2,66Ghz

1 GB RAM

Geforce 7600 GT / 256 MB

Sound Terratec DMX XFire 1024

The BUG was probably caused by deleted default (first) player profile. See folders in your windows documents - there are two. ArmA and ArmA Other Profiles. Solving this bug is actualy WIP.

I've also experienced this bug and suspected it had somethoing to do with deleting the default. Great to hear you're working on a fix...but in the meantime, is there something we can do to fix this?

1) Go to My Documents --> Arma --> Config.cfg

2) Open it with notepad.

3) Add an entry: 3D_Performance=6410.000000;

I'm just taking a guess, but that might fix your problem.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I fixed it by deleting the .cfg file and starting ArmA again. It generates a new .cfg file biggrin_o.gif
