arma for me loads really slow and i have got

AMD 4000+ 64 BIT

1GB 2X512MB PC3200 DUAL RAM

NVIDIA FX5200 and im finding it really slow,

i guess its my graphics card even tho its 128.

can somebody reccomend a card, not too expensive

I believe you wuill have to go higher thana 7100. I think 7900 minimum for a good gaming performance.

get a geforce 7600GT for about Å90 brand new (256mb model)i just upgraded from a radeon x1300pro and the game runs amazing now.

Its your HDD. A graphics card has no impact on loading times.

That graphics card still need a replacement though crazy_o.gif . I once had a 5700LE, very similar and it was horrible.

The hard drive could probably use a replacement aswell. As for the graphics card, stay away from that 7100! A 7600 will be ok, but the higher you go the better.

Your HDD must be slow as hell then (or improperly installed / bottlenecked). You could use another gig of ram, too. 1GB won't cut anymore.

And that X1300LE is a waste of money. You won't get anything above 15fps @ 1280x1024. Even an old X850XT would fare better; it lacks SM 3.0, tho.
