jolts

my problem is strange: ofp become slow during 3 or 4 seconds; it is repetitive during all the time that I play. this is like jolts sad_o.gif

It would be helpful if you posted your system specs and also a screenshot or a description of your OFP settings. Have you tried going into the Flashpoint Preferences program, clicking autodetect, and running the game?

There is hardly anything in OFP (including addons) that use these large texturesizes (except for irresponsible addonmakers). A great trick I learned from a post by DeadmeatXM, who suggested to lower these settings to 1024X1024 or lower.

well in fact i removed the shadows objects abd now it's better, not great but good.

It's an application that will close all running programs except those absolutely neccessary for Windows to run.
