raistlin_kell 0 Posted August 19, 2006 Does anyone know if ArmA will be coded to make use of the AGEIA PhysX or similar type coprocessors? AGEIA Homepage  I realise these are the 387 maths coprocessors of today, but i think they could help games make use of truely lifelike physics. Dell are offering them in there Renegade brand gaming PC as an option along with Quad Gphx (when the nVidia 7950's are readily available) and all the extra's for a nice rig. Colossus 2 Posted August 19, 2006 It's been stated before that AGEIA PhysX won't be supported in ArmA. I agree it would help with physics though.
Placebo 29 Posted August 19, 2006 Covered in an existing thread. And no it won't be in ArmA.
