re-enable recoil modifier?

while discussing how fdf mod was able to give machineguns a lower recoil when pron than when standing someone mentioned that they may have re-enable the recoil modifier by stance that was previously dis-abled in a BIS patch

anyone know if this is possible and how to just re-enable the recoil stance modifier and nothing else?

why? because one of the biggest irritations (and galringly unrealistic things) in ofp is how LMGs have same recoil standing (where it should kick quick a bit) and prone (when it should be more controllable case bipod is supporting it on ground).

just seen a reply from fdf. its not magic just damn smart config editing.

so .... whistle.gif later i guess i'm oof to try and figure how they got the machineguns so right.

Thats already in vanilla OFP, read the config.bin wink_o.gif

(look for the line recoilSuffix="fixed"; for the lying anim and recoilSuffix="halffixed"; for the crouch anim)
