best sound mod?

well, since this is more of a diskussion then a topic about a single addon i decided to post in A&M:D. (if it´s in the wrong place, feel free to move it)

so, to the point then.

what sound mods is there for OFP?

and wich one do you prefer?

wich one is the most realistic?

and wich addons are replaced or changed?

the reason i ask is becouse im looking for a sound mod that replaces mainly the nature sounds (like thunder, rain and such) but also if possible weapon and explosion sounds.

so again, wich is your favourite?

and please, link to the download!

(btw, complete mods like FFUR, FDF and such does NOT count!!

This is my personal opinion (dont flame me please ) but i think WGL's are not the best, FFUR is good , but WGL sounds ... well .. fake

Well FFUR '06 isn't a sound mod, but it has the best sounds in my opinion (especially the M16 & M4). The Elite soundpack is OK for vanilla OFP

I love the WGL AK74 sound though.

Sorry i was just using the sounds of the mods, i havent heard of many new soundpacks, they sort of come with the Mods or Weapons.

May i ask how exactly you do to use the WGL sounds without the WGL mod?

Simple you dl the mod then unpbo or use their pbo of weapon sounds as your standard one
