need help finding map/island creator

hey guys im interested in creating maps/islands for flashpoint, i was wondering where i can find and download a program thats easy to use but still makes good detailed maps. Thanks!

Get WRP Tool

If you don't want to spend ages making the terrian in wrptool, use Wilbur, you can find out how to convert the map in the Wrptool manual

Yep, recommend that too. WRP Tool can only make terrain edges every 100m.

WrpTool can edit terrain cell heights, one cell is 50m x 50m.

awsome, thanks guys. but im having a problem importing the terrain i make in wilbur to wrptool, i follow every step in the manual exactly but still cant see the file when i try to import it? any ideas?
