If you're withing the perimiter of the shockwave of a fragmentation grenade, you're at 100% probability to get struck by shrapnel and at a very VERY high probability of getting killed and/or get seriously maimed. In explosive theory the shockwave is force that extends in a very small radii from the explosive mass, this force is what causes sympathetic detonation when hitting other explosive compounds within a close proximity. A pressurewave however is the force of the energy released in the matter transition of solid explosive material to gas, this wave extends way further out than the shockwave. If you were to be well enough within the perimiter of the pressurewave to get knocked over, chances are also very high that the shrapnel dispersion is still dense.
