johgr880 0 Posted January 21, 2002 When I was playing the Red Hammer campaign at one of my friend's we thought it was really funny how many enemies Dmitri Lukin killed in each mission. When I started playing the campaign at my own computer I decided to write down all kills in an excel sheet and see how many kills I had scored when I had finished the campaign. I was surprised when I saw the final count. I had killed 551 enemy soldiers and destroyed 102 vehicles! That's 653 in total! That is pretty much... I wonder if you get more kills in the ordinary campaign or not? The Red Hammer campaign is shorter, right, but it's much tougher with more enemies to kill... Have anyone tested this? Tylerb59 0 Posted January 22, 2002 I didn't record numbers, but I agree you kill a lot. Of course, the story line allows you to do it.. Sometimes I just felt like I had my hand being held through some of the missions (AI not as responsive..giving me more opportunities to attack).
WKK Gimbal 0 Posted January 22, 2002 Yeah, Red Hammer had more of those "Damned! I've erased the entire map!" -experiences. That's why it sucked a bit. 1985 is much more realistic, though it does have just a few of those experiences too.
ale2999 0 Posted January 22, 2002 I know why is like that: in original campaign the few time u were devastating was that u impersonated James Gastrosky (Black OP). And as in red hammer u are always a Spetz Natz, the u r a killing machine!
johgr880 0 Posted January 22, 2002 Yes that's true. But during the tank missions in 1985 you killed a lot too... Also during some of the air missions, like the Air Assault mission...
