Trough config. There is a defineside or somethin, should be easy to see.

0 = east

1 = west

2 = resistance

3 = civie

those are the default numbering, but you can change them in the define section of the config:

you could also just write Teast, Twest, Tguerrila and Tcivilian i think - never tried it though

TEast TWest etc do actually work, but to what extent i don't know, i've only used them to change certain units to correct sides.

got it working.

on west side now.

i think it's in alpha stage now wink_o.gif maybe almost beta.

things to do.

wounded textures.

gear.

get boots correctly textured. whistle.gif

the cap needs to be changed into something else.

i was thinking about using the Scar for weapon,the soldier doesn't look realistic anyway at the moment. tounge2.gif

look at my sig.

soldiers should look like them,only with green camo confused_o.gif

most lods are untextured tounge2.gif

For soldier model, only resolution (the numbered ones) and view-pilot LODs should be textured. Others should be left untextured.

made some gear too.basically just some green boxes,nothing fancy.

lol

i accidentally copied/pasted/deleted the wrong files and i had start from where i was yesterday morning

everything is ok now,i'm back on track smile_o.gif

still the wounded textures caused me a headche,so i left them out. whistle.gif

the armpatches did that too,so i left them out too.But i got them in the folder with wounded textures.

The boots still suck.

The gear is just 4 black boxes still.

I'm quite bored and pissed now so i go and make some screens. banghead.gif

will inlude the armpatches and wounded textures tomorrow.

Most likely i will use somekind of a backpack addon for gear.

but to keep you checking this thread:2 new screens

the camo is a bit darker now.

anyone got a backpack model somewhere?

if not,then i can search ofp.info....

i'm trying to get a good vest texture too,so the soldier would be more realistic.

if i make those,then i just have to make kneepads. wink_o.gif

btw,i'm using HKG3 for weapon at the moment.They fit to together so good inlove.gif

for a vest texture you could just use an OD green Tan or Black as a plain texture a sample of which should be easy to find wink_o.gif

wounded textures won't be included by me,if you want to do them, then they will be in .pbo file. whistle.gif

the camel bags are not actally needed.as the water bottle is already in one of those packs. biggrin_o.gif

I'm not really sure what you mean, but it's the Camelbak, that acutally holds water.

Since I see Estonian army use a lot of older US equipment, you could always use HYK models as a source for helmets/backpacks/gear whatever. huh.gif They're open-source as long as you give him a credit for what you take.

BTR doesn't count tounge2.gif

Can't use HYK models.Only textures.O2 gives a load error.

i tried Earl&Suchey marine pack.

The equipment fits good but i won't use it if i don't get a permission.

Are the authors in ofp community still,have they left contact details?

i removed that od green tan texture and replaced it with the camo texture i use for the rest of body.

You have to use ODOL Explorer convert HYK p3ds from ODOL to MLOD format. Only MLOD format is openable in O2.
