I'll send you 5 more sounds ...some Cobraaaaaaaaaa by Destro and Cobra Commander and some YoJoe! by the Joes.

(and note that the description file is an .EXT file not a .TXT as I mistakenly had said)

paste this into the Stringtable.csv file:

I will be deleting the extensive enterprises pics so copy them if you need them.

Also, I emailed startrektng74 with some errors I had concerning the GIJOE Mod files but Startrektng I don't want to bombard you with emails like that so I'll just post any error here on the boards.  

Note that I included a screenshot (link above) of all the addons I have downloaded for this mod. (view full image)  Can anyone compare mine with yours to figure out what I am missing?

the one error I get at startup of OFP when the menu screen starts is something about

config.bin/cfgweapons.ArtMP5

(I am guessing it has to do with the addons included with New Ocean City)

Here are some more details which are included with the screenshot..easier to read here):

Starlight Island, Economic City, BHD No LEave, {OFPL] Lechistan Islands all work fine.

Cobra-Island, JoeCobraIsle, New Ocean City, AEF_Treben islands are playable but give errors in the editor startup. I added an update Baracken.pbo version along with baraken world, and added a few MAP addons and a AGS addon.

Does anybody know how to put a sound in an addon in the map. I have two sounds in my map now one is some rock music when you walk into the club. and the other is a police siren that you here when your by the police station. they were not my sounds but i was curous about how you put a sound in a p3d. i was thinking it would be kewl to have the gi joe theme come on as you got towards the gi joe base. and maybe some sounds for zartans hideout for thee swamp.

if for triggering the music only for when in a mission, you could just place a trigger arround the base itself (or at a specific spot) and have it activate by WEST, then place another trigger on top of that and have it avtivate by CIVILIAN, and so on for RES and EAST, in order to have it play when any unit of any side enters the base...set it to repeat

...should I email you the sound files too? or are you guys all sharing?  wink_o.gif

also..you could make a player activated Radio script for the unit or object

I knew you could trigger them but oddly in put these sounds in the map as p3d if you go into the club you can here them. they are actually inserted in the map.

howdy,

dont worry bout emailing the sounds, i made sure ice has a copy of all of them. gonna put them all in a zip an put it on rapid share for walker an folgore to get.

its taking longer to do the mission i was werking on but tomorrow is saturday for me so i hope to get some mission making time in. i am really anxious to finish it so i can show it too yall since i got the sounds. hopefully that will bee soon.

will update you guys as things go.

Im glad you like the Gi Joe Mod. I work on the mod as the map maker. It not my mod. This is Folgores mod. He is the guy that started the orginal Gi Joe mod. Walker has been working on addons smile_o.gif. Thanks Walker and Folgore for your work. Bee makes missions which are on my website and Iceflyer is working on the sounds. IT is a great mod. I hope that there are a lot of people who enjoy this mod. we plan on more development of vehicles and the map and Folgore is working on some pretty neat look gi joe characters.

We still need help with addons or mission making. I am still looking at making a gi joe cobra cops and robbers.

are there any Gi joe servers for flashpoint out there.

I think it would be neat to have one out there. Bee is working on more missions.
