waffen-79 0 Posted January 15, 2006 hi guys every version up to b3 of Unified Zombies, lag on my OFP:RES. I know that my slow PC has a huge part on this, but as others mods like BAS, BWM, Horror Pack,ECP, LSR, etc. don't lag my system so much. Personally I don't think i'm doing something wrong because several zombie missions I've downloaded lag 2 Is there any Ideal system specs to run UZM missions? or am I missing something in the setup of my missions? What does Gravitational (game logic) means? Also I've been searching thru the forums and I''m wondering if the Female Nurse unit of BW mod supports female faces. i.e JGREYNEMO female faces text pack Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

waffen-79 0 Posted January 15, 2006 hi! 2.4Ghz P4 640 MB RAM 2x HDD 60GB @ 5400 FX5200 256MB No DDR, no RAID HD I know, I know, not a high end system BUT there are a bunch of playable games in my rig. Trapper 0 Posted January 15, 2006 Gravity game logics are supposed to attract Zombies when they are not hunting a target. This causes them to concentrate around the game logics over time. Just like the mall in Dawn of the Dead. I don't know if they were already functional in the last release of the Unified Zombie Mod. To reduce lag in your Unified Zombie Mod missions keep the gblAllTargets array always small and the number of Zombies low. There's nothing more you can do while making missions. When you know about the Gravitational game logics you're probably using the most uptodate Unified Zombie Mod Beta 3 Release. Otherwise you can download this last released and most performance optimized "official" version here. The original Unified Zombie Mod is inactive for a long while now, maybe Scott Tunstall returns with Armed Assault.
