Mouse still visible - no alt-tab

Howdy all, installed the GOTY edition a couple of days ago but I'm having a problem where the windows mouse pointer is still showing on screen after OFP runs. In addition, I'm finding editing really hard as I cant alt-tab back to windows to write scripts etc. Anyone got any ideas?

Why can`t you Alt+Tab back to windows? It should work without an problem.

this problem and waaaay old and covered many many times over..

run the game at a different resolution from your desktop

or run at different refresh rates

eg. desktop 1024X768 game 1280X1024

or desktop 1024x768x75 game 1024x768x100

to just get rid of the windows pointer u can go into video options and change the res then change it back to wot you had but that wont help the alt tab issue..the above example will sort both

So simple, yet wonderfully effective. Thanks very much, I can finally edit scripts without having to close flashpoint all the time.

There's an even simpler solution -- just move the mouse to the upper left corner of the screen while the game loads...
