It's german and means Disaster Control. You can find their forums here: KatSMod hosted by HX3 Foren I remember Operation Farmland made a few policemen... And Occitania, related to OFrP, made French Gendarmes. You should find them on the famous OFP.info site. And there's also the funny "Nogovan Police Pack" by DeadMeat of BAS, who equipped the standard BIS Police cars with working flashlights and signal. His addon needs another PolicePack (GAZ24) to work.
