This is an unoffical addon. It has not been made by BIS or Codemasters.

Whilst this addon should not damage your system, if by any change damage occurs we cannot be held responsible.

Installation

------------

Unrar the DSF_RUSOPFOR.pbo file into your Operation Flashpoint addons directory,

This is normally c:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\AddOns

The launchers will be displayed in the editor under East - DSF Vehicles,

West - DSF Vehicles and Empty - DSF Vehicles.

Extract the DSF Scud Assault.Cain.Rar file into your user missions folder,

This is normally c:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\Users\yourname\missions

This is a gash that demonstrates some of the features fo the nuclear unit.

A Quick update has been made to allow v1.1 to be backward compatible with missions using v1.0.

If you downloaded before 6.20am GMT then please re-download.

DO NOT run the biological at 4 speed and then kill any infected units. This will cause severe unexpected results.

A reminder that you can make your NBC units compatible with our scuds by creating an animation called NBC_Shield.

You can make EMP resistant helicopters by creating an animation called GoldenEye.

These animations should be set to phase 1 to take effect.

Ever watched enemys running into the green chem. cloud and dropping then??? Fun to use these scuds....thankx a lot!!!

The nuke damage could have been the same as the previous version though, as it is, the explosion seen suggests a lot more damage then it does (the previous version had a correcter explosion radius for a nuke; since it IS THE MOST POWERFUL type of warhead for any munition).

You said you didn't find any bugs until now, implying that you have now found one. Care to enlighten us?

The nuke damage is the same as the old one.

We've just made it look a lot scarier. You now have a quite clear objective. Avoid the nuke. Stay away from the nuke. Nuke is dangerous.

I tested v1.0 again in comparison to v1.1, on Skye island v1.2... with 1.0 nuke destroys almost all buildings of Domensk, damage is caused as far as the hangars on Hi50 as well as the houses in He53/Hf53, nuke having landed near the church of Domensk. With v1.1, nuke damages only a few buildings near the impact zone...

is there a chance that NBC Units don't die when they go near the Chemical/Biological GAS but when they are shot at?

We have added in support for NBC units, but they need to be designed to work with our scuds.

At time of writing, I don't think there are any out there that are compatible.

If an NBC guy gets shot, he should die.

The only problem with shooting people is in the biological warhead at 4x speed where the chance of severe issues increases drastically.

Shooting infected people at 1x speed should not be a problem.

One of the most intresting features is a biological warhead, which on impact release's a virus which is spread from person to person through close contact... eventually killing its host but not before its spread through out a whole base of soilders. Worse this is you don't kow your infected till its too late....
