A-Lone-Wolf released the first 51km desert island, check it out here If you want, I can make you a 51km desert island using basic Resistance textures, trees, bushes & rocks just like in Nogova desert. Just specify how dense you would like to have the objects. Or if you want it completely object free, it can be done also.
