raedor 8 Posted May 26, 2005 yes, either update the anims.pbo or make a "mod" with a new dta folder and a new anims.pbo in there. don't mix it up with the anim.pbo
DBR_ONIX 0 Posted May 31, 2005 he means most islands come with a folder called Anims/ Which contains, say, MyIslandIntro.MyIsland I dont see why you can't put the MyIslandInto.MyIsland thing in a PBO, and link it via \MyIslandPBO\MyIslandIntro.MyIsland Has anyone tried this? - Ben
raedor 8 Posted June 3, 2005 yes, afaik there 2 ways: 1. put the folder in one of your addon directories, you have to give the exact path in the config, so it does depend on the right path (you cannot make a mod folder or put it in the res\addons, when it is config for the \addons folder). or 2. put it in the dta\anims.pbo i have tested this for mapfact-nogova, i doubt that there is any other way... besides updating the hardcoded part of ofp.
