Because I'm such a nice person(:P), I'll explain it here:

Create a trigger with the condition "Alive player" without the quotation marks, and in the Activation field, type UNITNAME switchMove "nameofAnimation".

For example...

unitname switchmove "sit1"

Write to "On activation" field on waypoint or trigger.

Replace unitname with the name of unit.

(the last one, only if you're using modfolders)
