New crCTI Modification

Hi,

i made another modification of Cleanrock's awesome crCTI v 0.53. This time with Laser's Rangers, Deltas and russian Airborne-Troops (VDV).

Changelog:<ul>[*]Replaced all units with Laser's VDV and Deltas/Ranger

[*]Replaced vehicles

[*]Limited Basebuildings to 1 of each type

[*]One "ViewDistance"-Option added (now 900/1100/1400)

[*]Increased price for "Repairing MHQ" (now 70000)
