marine26thmeu 0 Posted August 17, 2004 Hey, just wanted to post this problem I was getting. Apparently out of the blue I get this error, Config: 'A' encountered instead of ',' Currently I'm running Pappy's Y2K3 mod and Keg's DXDLL mod (OFP RES ver. 1.96). I haven't modified any config or bin files, which is leaving me puzzled why I get this error. After getting this error message OFP won't run at all. I had emailed Avon hoping to get some insight to the problem, but haven't heard anything yet. If anyone out there has any ideas of how to solve this please let me know. Thanks
Placebo 29 Posted August 17, 2004 Disabling those two do you still get the error?
marine26thmeu 0 Posted August 17, 2004 Good idea, I'll try it tomorrow as it's late here. Thanks for the suggestion.

marine26thmeu 0 Posted August 17, 2004 Yeah, it still gives me that error. The thing was I just received that error out of the blue as I've had no problems using Keg's mod or Pappy's Y2K3 mod whatsoever since I installed them.
bn880 5 Posted August 17, 2004 Look for other addons and remove them to see if it goes away. Alternatively you may need to run scandisk/surface scan of your HDD, or reinstall/Copy OFP. Most likely you have some addon/mod thats broken or corrupt OFP file.
su13zer0 0 Posted August 24, 2004 Your error is occuring because you are leaving out a quote or semi-colon somewhere. Just read your config file carefully.
