maximg 0 Posted August 5, 2004 Hello, maybe you can help me, i got a mfcti ofp game server running and it has been hacked. behind admin there is "nigger" and when the admin dies it say's "admin died because of the fact that he is stupid" And when you become admin with #login it say's you are god Do you know this and what can i do to remove it? i just try to add some service to the cti community but with this stupid behaviour i think about quitting this. RN Malboeuf 12 Posted August 5, 2004 no one hacked you dude that is WGL addon in wgl/bin/stringtable.csv not sure how it got in there but it seems half the loads of WGL have this since this shows when you die means your load of wgl is like this (not nessicarily your server) as this is a client side mesage that shows only on your end meaning its your copy of OFP/wgl that has this just edit them out i know mine is like this, and that kill message is actually mine from 8 months ago but have I have changed it since then to "is sexy", i gave that older string table out to about 20 guys (with out the N word), how it got to you i dont know, but i do see it on about 10 of the OFP servers I monitor and service but they wont show to clients unless the clients them selves have the same file so i never really worried about it I tracked the admin name change to the source today of where ppl have been getting it and asked them to change their copy of the dload and now actually know who file belongs to since i gave him the origonal 8 months ago and he in turn altered it, he does not play much any more I've known about it for about 4 months but dont view it as a problem or racism in the context it is used, if you feel its rasicm i understand but the fact that 40 million black ppl use it as slang every day and you have 1 million white wigga wanna be black home boys using it i just cant see the term as rasict any more unless you spit when you say (then i feel like slaping ppl who say it that way) all and all this post made me laugh on how shit gets around (my kill message) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
