Hostage situation, animations etc

Hi, I'm making a mission of a hostage situation but firstly they don't seem to go into the position if this switchmove "FXexecution"

is in their init line, only in a trigger and also they jump up and won't stay there!

oh yeah also how can you say like unit1, unit2, unit 3 switchmove...

Oh yeah i know what else lol, if they get shot when in these positions (the ones they stay in) they just stay there!)

to get them to die you need a trigger with:

condition: not alive nameofmanhere

activation: nameofmanhere switchmove ""
