mrmax 0 Posted January 4, 2002 Our squad leader, is having serious lockup problems when playing OFP in MP only. Â He has no problems with other games. Many other games. Â He has no lockup problems with any other programs! Â He is a Network Engineer, and has built many systems. Â He has a new ECS K7S5A Â MAINBOARD SIS 735 chipset 1 gig DDR266 Memory GF3 Â video card Tried different bios upgrades to fix problem none seem to work. The board network and sound. Â I know he tried disabling sound, not sure on network , trying to isolate problem. The game locks up his system repeatedly. He can hardly complete one mission. Â So during a 3 hour session he may lockup 5 to 6 times. Because of his hardware problems, both with game machine, and his dedicated server, he is about to give up on OFP!
