shockhorror 0 Posted June 24, 2004 (first ever post no idea where it goes) For ages i have been trying to make a good d-day mission. hedgehogs and logspikes are fine. units and vehicles are fine. But the bunkers are a right pain in the a***, i've just about managed get the mg42's in the raised blockhouses. In the photos etc the bunkers are halfway down a slope, which is where i placed mine but then the bunkers stay upright on the slopes but the mg42's are parralel to the ground so the guns face down. is there anyway to setpos the gun reletive to the bunker so it faces forward instead of to the ground? Wadmann 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Maybe if you setpos them just a bit above ground level, they will then sit on a horizontal plane. Something like this in the init field: <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">this setpos [getpos this select 0,getpos this select 1,.1] Let us know if it works. drow 0 Posted June 24, 2004 it must have to do with the config (or somehting) of the gun, change your machine guns to ones that U made, then u can set it up so it doesnt "stick" to ground formation (usually a loose end and something that makes addons weak, but it could help in this situation :P). like ofp buildings, they are always upright, even on a slope.
