Baphomet 0 Posted June 23, 2004 Is there a downloadable windows compatible font similar to the typeset used in OFP? I'd be interested in getting it if so. ... yes. I did a search by the way.
Mister Frag 0 Posted June 24, 2004 The OFP\DTA directory contains Fonts.pbo, which does in fact contain a bunch of fonts: Quote[/b] ]AudreysHandB48-01.paaAudreysHandB48-02.paa AudreysHandB48.fxy AudreysHandI48-01.paa AudreysHandI48-02.paa AudreysHandI48.fxy CourierNewB64-01.paa CourierNewB64-02.paa CourierNewB64.fxy Garamond64-01.paa Garamond64-02.paa Garamond64.fxy SteelfishB64-01.paa SteelfishB64-02.paa SteelfishB64.fxy SteelfishB64CE-01.paa SteelfishB64CE-02.paa SteelfishB64CE.fxy SteelfishB128-01.paa SteelfishB128-02.paa SteelfishB128-03.paa SteelfishB128-04.paa SteelfishB128.fxy TahomaB24-01.paa TahomaB24.fxy TahomaB36-01.paa TahomaB36.fxy TahomaB48-01.paa TahomaB48-02.paa TahomaB48.fxy Another possibility would be to output the full list of alphanumeric characters and punctuation marks using a script on a black background, capture the screen, and convert it to a Windows font. C4P741N 0 Posted June 24, 2004 and if/when you do the above could you post a link so the rest of us don't have to? Cap.
Mister Frag 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Jeez, do I have to do everything? :P Just download TexView and open the PAA files, and grab what you need. Here is what the inside of one of these files looks like -- this is Steelfish: [ig]http://www.misterfrag.com/OFP/Steelfish.jpg[/img]>100kb I'll see if I can track down a tool to create TrueType fonts from bitmaps... Update: Here is a program that can create a TrueType font from scratch or from BMP files. Or, if you are really lazy, you can download the Steelfish font here. Cheers!
