Correct addon config for y2k3?

I finally got this addon to work! Great product!!

Just curious about the ECP stuff. Which are we supposed to install?

I just installed the ECP beta Core and the ECP/INQ Config (for ECP 1.071) file. No sounds or anything like that.

Is that correct?
