I have family that lives in Dublin  

Its funny I know a bit about Ireland, having lived there all of my life, I also know about our military (not a bad side) since Im a member of the reserves with six years service behind me.

hello guys you cant make an Irish MOD whit out the IRA will newer work but the IRA on the east side and the UK and Irish Armys on west and Res and then Police and Civilians om Civilians what do you guys think abut that?

Well the Architect has done an Irish skin for the MLV_Puma, I have secured permission to use the MLV_AML90 after they release it (I already have it if someone would reskin it for me),

Ditto MMP mods MAN 5t, Sniper Skull said he'd do an Irish LAV III (Only has a one man turret), but what Im lacking is the troops, and a texturer.

Right GalComT has very generously agreed to the use of his british army/RMC models as a basis for an Irish troop pack.

So now what I need are texturers.....

Basically what needs to be done is a retexturing and recrewing of the vehicles previously mentioned and the retexturing and arming of the OPGWC crisis BA models to Irish soldiers.

Any volunteers?

Update, soldier pack will be released in the near future.

The AML-90 and Scorpion can't be released until MLV mod release theirs.

The 5Ton truck needs a texturer still, the LAV-III is a non runner for the time being and theres no point in making a new Heli at the moment because the army is in the middle of buying a totally new fleet and we dont know what we're getting yet.

Also near to release is a fixed wing support aircraft to perform observation, FAC, CAS and Interdiction roles in support of the troops.

But we could still use some help in order to be able to make a complete set for a battalion battle group.

So we'd still appreciate:

1.A modeller(s) to modify the AML-90 model to an AML-20 (basically needs a new turret), and to build a Nissan patrol and LAV-III (the Irish one is unique)

2. Texturers for the MMP 5ton truck and any new models that are built.

Help would be much appreciated.

ask nicely and they may give the scorpian and AML to re-texture and only ask u credit them and maybe release after theres have been released. (OPGWC have the scorpian from MLV mod so im sure there will be no prob) One thing though it does need a rescale a little bit but apart from that its a nice model

Actually I take it back the LAV-III wont require that much work, for someone who knows their way around ODOL explorer the main thing is the one man turret and the 9-10 man cabin capacity.

Well I know it probably wasnt the most anticiipated pack of the year, or even the week but unfortunately it seems the Irish defence forces pack will not be happening for at least five months.

Pmachine had almost finished the regular infantry units when IRL circumstances meant that he had to leave the work behind, he had hoped to send the incomplete units on to me but technical problems meant that he couldnt.
