Master_Chief 0 Posted April 17, 2004 I think it is because odol explorer messes up the mass of the geometry lod, so without it the unit couldn't move but it would play the animations. Open up the file and select the geometry lod. Using the mass setting, re-apply the weights like this:
andywt 0 Posted April 18, 2004 I was having this problem. Â I changed the mass settings and it works. Thanks Master_Chief. Another problem that often occurs when converting with ODOL explorer is that the model is mishapen. Â For example the head is beneath the waist and the neck stretches. Â Do you know the solution for this problem? The LODS seem to be aligned. Â Is there a fast way to align LODS? Thanks in advance.

Zombie_Mod 0 Posted April 22, 2004 Strangely enough when I exported a BIS civilian to MLOD format, the civilian was able to move round the map no problem. The lack of mass only became apparent when I shot the civilian - the body would do a 360 rotation on a central axis!!! You could shoot the body repeatedly and it would keep rotating. Weird. Thanks for your help Masterchief.
