chammy 7 Posted February 2, 2004 I was trying to figure out how these wizards with thier sound mods and such have been able to tweek out the sounds and add custom sounds. I was checking out Satchels f***** awesome sound mod and I was very impresed and inspired.I wanted to do one also.Well I have tried to email him a few times but he never got back to me .Well i notice that the sound mod is placed in the addons folder and the CONFIG file has been altered and i assume so that the addon can be implimented. Now, the question here, how or where is a tool that we can use to open up that CONFIG file?Is there a way?
