nocabiwik 0 Posted December 6, 2001 i was playing ofp on lan with my friend who brought his comp to my house we were playing a custom map i made with all the vehicles and we were trying them out and stuff out of nowhere theres the really high beeeeeeeeeeeep and his comp overheated it was really funny cos it sounded like one of those life support machines when someone dies anyway his machine is a amd k6 500 gf2mx i just like to share that little anecdote .... *cough* ok i'll leave *walks away with head down* Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

This is funny to me because I had a K6-2 500 mhz. and I *hate* those things It is the crappiest piece of CPU ever made and I cringe seeing that it's still on the market. canyonflyer 0 Posted January 11, 2002 I had an AMD K62 550mhz processor. It was pretty good, but then I got the AMD Athlon 1.0gig processor. Now that hauls ass.
