Yes, I cam across that on the simhq board the other day. Its a whole new game with those sounds. Kinda makes you wander why BIS didn't have sounds of that quality in the game to begin with.

Tried out sound pack and "sounds great". Makes a huge difference in the game. No more popcorn sound. So far no bugs found. Bis needs to come out with a sound patch for everyone to use. Until they do DL one of these sound packs and enjoy. ( make a back up of original Sound PBO file just in case of problems).

Just copy the adress into the adress bar again, because now u r on their server, and you can download the file

I get no explotion form either shilka or t-80 (possibly more vehicles) when i shoot?

jimsoundpack is awesome satchels doesnt run on mypc. does someone know if jims soundpack is also available with m4 and m16\m203 sounds? If no can I copy the m16 sound somhow into an m4 sound so that i have this sound for both weapons? I guess I have to change the config.ccp or somthing!?

Some ideas?

The onlt thing that works is the grenades??!!

Everything else leaves just a crater but no explotion.

I just backed my old configuration back.

Also, is it just me or are the m16 sound really really bad?

I reverted to the standard sounds as well.

I also found the M16 a little weak.

Drawdie's Soundpack 1.0 works with no problems for me. Have tested online and single player with no errors. Also is easy to install. The only sound I dont like is the reload sound you hear in the tanks. Just about everthing else is better than the stock OFP sounds. I'm suprised BIS hasn't locked this thread.
