Giving an officer more then one group of 12

In the new upcoming FlashPoint2, I would like to see the ability to control more then 12 players. So for example users can make missions allowing an officer to control say 4 groups of 12. This way a key could be assigned allowing the player to cycle through the different groups.

Some times 12 players is not enough. This way the player could go out with one group and fight while another group could say back at the base and stand by for other things such as rescue attempts other misc responsibilities.

if there were so many soldiers in the group the big boss could divide it and assign others to lead the smaller groups. something like "2, form team red with 21, 22, 23, 24....." or "21, 22, 23, 24....., are team red" and then another command "2, lead team red"

I think that we'll get to see larger groups because the eastern european theatre will be a commander campaign, at least that's what I have read somewhere.
